TOWNHOME PROFILE
BPOA is a not for profit, 15 unit townhome complex with assigned parking spaces and boatslips, constructed in 1984 and located on Garnier Bayou in the unincorporated area of Okaloosa County, Florida.
The townhouses are individually owned and governed as a homeowner association. Pursuant to Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes, the homeowners association is responsible for managing the operations and enforcing the covenants, policies, rules and regulations of the owner or tenant occupied townhome complex.
