LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - MORE THAN WATERFRONT PROPERTY
Bayou Pines Owners Association (commonly referred to as 'BPOA') resides on Garnier Bayou in the unincorporated area of Okalooa County, Florida. The current and forecasted tides of the bayou may be viewed on the MarineWeatherNet. The homeowner association has unit owners or their respective renters (tenants) residing on the property.
BPOA is located in a predominated military-oriented community between two military installations. Specifically, the townhouse complex is located approximately three miles south of Eglin Air Force Base and and five miles west of Hurlburt Field. Unlike people living in the Cities of Crestview and Navarre, the residents in Fort Walton Beach rarely deal with recurring traffic challenges.
Pursuant to Chapter 720 of the Florida Statues and its governing documents, the homeowner association takes on all the duties of maintaining the common areas of the property, which allows owners or their respective tenants to enjoy the fruits of the investments without having to deal with most of the exterior maintenance. BPOA provides the common area services in an efficient and professional manner.
